Why choose The Mountain Medics?

Here at The Mountain Medics all of our staff are experienced paramedics, outdoor enthusiasts and mountaineers . We teach for real situations and have a wealth of knowledge which for supersedes that of a basic first aid trainer. Training with us allows you to be competent and confident should the need arise.

Are we HSE Approved?

The HSE does not approve any courses however they do recommend how training providers should be chosen. We meet all the requirements for the HSE and OFSTEAD so you know you are in safe hands.

How long do certificates last?

First aid at work and emergency first aid qualifications last 3 years however annual refresher training is advised to keep current

What course do I need?

The course you require will depend on your needs. Your employer should advise you on requirements. The HSE has further guidance for employers for choosing the appropriate training.

Where are courses ran?

We run courses at many locations however we also come to your place of work so training impacts staff as little as possible.
